Very friendly Staff.. the food was decent and they took the effort to ensure jain menu as well....suite rooms have great view compared to the rest and most importantly they have a reading space with few books ...very well thought in design
We had a comfortable stay & food was awesome & to be more specific we requested for South indian Lentil Dal & Rasam & the Chef Ali Md & Kumar prepared specially for us & supervisor Aaqib team was very courteous to serve us with hot food.
A very nice cosy place to stay, lovely looking building with a British architectural feeling. The room was clean and tidy, The only issue was that we kept asking for our wi fi to be set up and was told that the system was down. Apart from that, the restaurant and staff were very nice and the grounds of the hotel were secure.
I was staying 3 nights. Location was quite decent and Silent. House keeping was helpful. Food made by Senior Chief Mr. Ali Mohd and Co-Helpers Mr. Danish & Mr. Asif was very dressed and Sincere they know how to serve and talk with a Customers. At last if you are visiting Srinagar then must stay in this hotel.
Superb place for staying and enjoying the climate in winter season where we can find the complete joy and attached restaurant also is there where we can get good food ????and good service as overall maybe little expensive but not much more.... Finally recommend for stay
