Good location, Staffs are very plesent and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent. Rooms need some renovation. The managers are allways in front to help the guest. They have arrage taxi for site seaning. Thank you for heping as to buy the medicine. Over all a decent stay.

Very nice atmosphere and good hospitality. Food objects and their quality are amazing. We enjoyed it a lot. Mostly the location of the hotel. It's very accessible because of the nearby famous places, such as Patmanabha Swami Temple, the museum, etc., and the railway station, bus stand, etc.

Over all experience of both room and restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Quality room with services and healthy food can get only at keys .. The behaviour and service given by Balu and sudip was marvelous and the restaurant chef also take all feed backs mean while.

We had a memorable vacation in trivandrum all bcos of the excellent support and care from keys hotel team , although the hotel needs some refurbishment the best part is the people over there which compensate all the shortcoming ,kudos to the management and all the team members especially chef ,restaurant and reception team.
