Had a pleasant stay. Good hospitality. Complementary breakfast good. Room was awesome. All the facilities were very comfortable. Roof garden was beautiful with good views and We shall visit next time too.
Excellent room service, linen, clean and hygienic toilets and bathrooms. Kids channels, news channels, movie and entertainment channels, all available on the T.V. The staff was extra courteous, helpful, prompt and caring.

Since it is a brand new hotel, all areas including reception, rooms, toilets,restaurant looks neat and colourful. Good behaviour and responsive staff including GM, reception, Cheff, security etc.good underground parking and direct access to hotel rooms.
I stayed in this property with my family. The hospitality of the entire staff, specially the F&B manager Mr Razzak was excellent. This is 4 star property, but the service you will get like in 5 star. Food menu is very good, yet there is scope of improvement. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Location is also nice, near to market. I would definitely recommend this property.
This is the best place to stay in Thekkady. The staffs are all so welcoming and friendly. The room size was much bigger than expected. And the food at the restaurant is also great. Super value for money.
