  • Yes, members can check his or her reservation history (past/completed bookings) on the brand website once they logged-in to his or her account- under the “My Trips” section. Please note that the reservations will be reflected in your account 24-48 hours post checkout.     6. Pay at Hotels - The term "pay at hotel" refers to the payment method where you pay for your stay when you check in or check out of the hotel, rather than paying in advance. The members under Platinum and Platinum Plus are eligible for this benefit.

    7. Priority Welcome - Members receive expedited check-in, allowing them to skip long lines and get to their room more quickly. The member with Platinum and Platinum Plus status are eligible of this benefits.

    16. Guaranteed Availability - The hotel guarantees that a room will be available for the members if they book within 48 hours before their arrival date. This offer/benefit is not applicable on black- out dates. The benefit is valid for member under Platinum Plus.

    17. Free Cancellation - The members can cancel the hotel reservation without any penalty if they do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.

  • Yes, you can cancel a hotel reservation made with Infinity Points within the cancellation terms of your reservation. Your points will be returned to your account according to the following penalty structure:

    3. Cancellation/amendment done 1 day before arrival: No refund

  • Infinity Points cannot be transferred to another account, even with consent. Points are non-transferable and are intended solely for the account holder's use.

  • To retain your current membership tier, you need to stay the required number of room nights at participating hotels each year. If members fail to generate required room nights in a tier cycle, he or she will acquire the level (tier) based on the room nights generated.

  • Yes, blackout dates may apply during peak seasons and special events.
