Ajad holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Culinary Institute of Hotel Management, Dehradun. He joined Lemon Tree as an Industrial Trainee. He has previously worked with Lemon Tree Hotel, City Center Gurugram, Lemon Tree Hotel Amarante Beach Resort Goa, Lemon Tree Premier 1, Leisure Valley, Gurgaon, Lemon Tree East Delhi Mall, and Lemon Tree Hotel Dehradun at various positions in the F&B department. During his last stint, he was handling the Food and Beverage operations at Red Fox Hotel Dehradun. Currently, he is serving as the Hotel Manager at Lemon Tree Hotel Alwar.
