Vinay completed his Bachelors in Hotel Management from National Institute of Hotel Management, Dehradun. He has previously worked with Radisson, Jalandhar, Park Plaza Sylverton, Mussorie, Country Inn and Suites, Keys Hotels and Hotel Radisson Blu, Ludhiana. He joined Keys Ronil Resort, Goa as Executive Assistant Manager before taking over as General Manager, Keys Select Hotel, Ludhiana.
