Sukhbeen is an IHM Hyderabad graduate. He started his career with Ananda Spa Resort, Rishikesh and moved on to join The Oberoi, Cecil and later worked with Radisson Blu, MBD Noida. He joined Lemon Tree Hotels as a Front Office Manager and over the years got appointed as the Area General Manager – DIAL.
