Kumar is a graduate from the renowned Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, New Delhi and has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector. He joined Lemon Tree Hotels as an Executive Chef at Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort, Goa in 2007 and over the years has built his expertise in handling operations in Food and Beverage. He was also the pre-opening General Manager of Lemon Tree Hotel in Aligarh and played a key role in establishing the brand standards and creating a niche for the property in the city. Prior to Lemon Tree Hotels he has worked with hotel brands such as the Intercontinental Hotel Group and Golden Tulip Hotels.
