He also has a diploma in Food & Beverage from Business Management Association, London. Milind has  previously worked with Ramada Inn Palm Grove, Mumbai and President Group of Hotels.

Amit Pundir is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Gwalior. He has earlier worked at Lemon Tree Hotel, City Center, Gurgaon.

Nipper a brainy blonde male dog, resides at the south west corner of Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore, adjoining the staff entrance gate. Nipper would embody our core value of "Inquisitiveness", had we such a value.
