We had a wonderful stay at Lemon tree Goa. It was a group of 12 adults and 2 kids. Thye gave us a complimentary upgrade from Plaza to Pavilion rooms. The rooms were next to each other and were neat and clean. Benishia at the reception was very courteous and helpful. The entire check-in process for all 6 rooms didn't took more than 15 minutes. All meals were well spread and had a lot of variety. The hotel staff also guided us through the shortest route to the beach. The experience in the pool was awesome. Their pool side bar was also good. You must try the Virgin Mojito there. The entire staff was very prompt to any request and served us with a smile. I would recommend the stay for qualit service, location and last but not the least their courteous staff.
