Lemon Tree Hotel's Reservation Policies
| Cancellation and amendment policy |
A) For room reservations: |
| 1. Individual reservations Confirmation for the reservation would only be given on the basis of a valid credit card. Requests for specific bed types and smoking preferences will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel. |
| Cancellation and amendment policy: Cancellations/amendments made after 12 noon, 3 days prior to the check-in date: One night's room rate will be charged to the guest's credit card. No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night's room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. |
| 2. For groups of 5 rooms or more Confirmation for the reservation would only be given on the basis of a valid credit card. In case of a no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 15 days or less from the date of check-in, a retention charge will be levied. The retention charge will be calculated as follows: # of rooms being cancelled/no-shows X 1 night X applicable daily rate per room for the conference/group. In addition, should any participants check-out early, retention will be charged for those nights booked, now being released due to the early check-out. |
B) For conference room reservationsIn case there is any no-show or a cancellation/amendment (in part or full), within 7 days or less from the date of the conference/event, a cancellation charge, of 50% of the total billing i.e. 50% of {number of people X applicable per head rate}, will be levied. |
C) For restaurant reservations (10 people or more)In case there is any no-show or a cancellation/amendment (in part or full), within 48 hours or less from the date of the reservation, a cancellation charge, of 50% of the total billing i.e. 50% of {number of people X applicable per head rate}, will be levied. |
