Mohinder Pal Singh is a graduate of the Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi. He has previously worked at Country Inns & Suites, Jaipur and The Ashok, New Delhi. Mohinder was earlier Regional Hotel Manager for Lemon Tree Hotel, East Delhi Mall, Kaushambi.

Sakthi Sathidaran completed his Bachelor degree in Hotel & Catering management from Asan Memorial College, Chennai. He has worked across India and overseas with Sarovar hotels, Le Meridien and Marriott International. He has won the Asia-Pacific Marriott Beverage Championship award in 2008 held in JW Marriott, Mumbai. His Last stint was as a Team Leader in Courtyard Marriott in Chennai before he oined Lemon Tree Hotels as an Asst Manager for F&B Service and later was promoted to Deputy Manager.

S'leepee, a multi-hued Indian dog, resides at the south east corner of the Lemon Tree Hotel, Chennai. An ascetic by inclination, S'leepee prefers a simple meal of curd rice or on Sundays, idli and coconut chutney.
