Customer Relationship Manager

Education : Catering college graduate/ PG - MBA/PGDM – Mass Communication.
Age : 25 to 35 years.
Experience:
Preferably five to nine years in hotels or a first class establishment. Should have at least 2 years experience in handling a team in current role. We are looking for a leader with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. The candidate should demonstrate high team spirit and energy levels. Should be well versed with MS Excel and should possess good analytical skills. Have flair for learning about various efficiency improvement skills. Be a meticulous planner, with attention to minute details and execution excellence. CRM manager would be responsible for the customer management/customer experience standards
Job Role:

• Would be responsible for Guests Loyalty Program
• Would be responsible for Bookers Loyalty Program
• Would be responsible for Strategic Marketing
• Would be responsible for Integration with PMS
Candidates should be open to relocation across the country
