Service was really good. Wohid was really friendly and he made sure all our requests were met . He is one of the best staffs I?ve ever met. The rooms were clean. The overall stay was pleasant as well
Ambience was very good. Room was very neat and hygienic. Staff was very polite, humble and cooperative, specifically the restaurant incharge Tanmoy Ghosh. Food is very delicious. It is very reachable from every tourist destinations
Had a pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming & friendly both at the reception & restaurant. Housekeeping staff was also friendly & courteous. The only problem in the bar was limited brands of beer available.
I loved the spot ,service , food ,staffs responding every thing here. They had maintained very well cleanness. Every staffs are very good. The most important fact is that the international Airport is exactly opposite to the hotel which is more convenient for travelers.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Animesh and Asha from housekeeping went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. There?s scope to improve buffet breakfast, rest was great. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Strategic location. Hotel is relatively new and very clean. We stayed at the 3rd floor. While room is small, it can fit 2 huge luggages. Best of all, bath room and washroom is in separate rooms so it makes use of the space efficiently
