From greeting the dawn with sunrise breakfasts to champagne toasts and sundown canapes at dusk, from romantic candlelit dinners with your partner to toasty barbecues with friends, our chefs are always at your service to craft unusual experiences and create lasting memories. These venues include Amritbagh (280 sq. mtr.), Suryabagh (250 sq. mtr.), Chandbagh (140 sq. mtr.), Paheli Bagh (232 sq. mtr. including the pre-function garden area), The Baoli, the Aurum Terrace and the Poolside (215 sq. mtr.).

Sunrise breakfast

You can experience a wholesome breakfast with a panoramic view of Lake Pichola and a revitalizing sunrise at Suryabagh (2 to 12 guests) or Paheli Bagh (2 to 8 guests). Both locations face the east and allow you to witness spectacular sunrises.

Sundown canapes

You can choose to end your day with an enjoyable, breezy evening while you sip champagne over sundown can apes at Paheli Bagh (2 to 12 guests) or at the Aurum Terrace (2 to 15 guests).

Dine at The Baoli

The Baoli is a charming stepwell located near the all day dining restaurant, Mirasa. The cascading water and lilting music floating down from Suravi makes it the perfect spot for a specially crafted four course meal or a traditional royal Indian thali (2 to 6 guests).

Dine under the stars

There are many options to choose from for a 'Dine Under the Stars' experience where you will make your own special memories. These are Suryabagh (2 to 12 guests), Chandbagh (2 to 10 guests), the Poolside (2 to 8 guests), Aurum Terrace (2 to 8 guests).

Barbeque nights

You can opt for a live barbeque under a magnificent moon, with mesmerizing mashaals to brighten up your evening at either Suryabagh (6 to 20 guests) or Chandbagh (6 to 12 guests).

Chef’s Masterclass
