Lemon Tree Hotels Lowest Rate Guarantee
 
Every room booked online lemontreehotels.com is guaranteed to have the lowest rate publicly available on the internet at that point in time; else Lemon Tree Hotels will better any other lower rate offer available on the internet. This offer is subject to the following conditions:

If you find a rate on another website that is lower than the lowest rate shown on lemontreehotels.com at that point in time, we will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus give you an additional 10% discount on the lower rate offer found, upon its verification, by Lemon Tree Hotels.

Rooms on the other website must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on the internet at the time of verification.

The lower rate offered must be for the same hotel, for the same accommodation, and for the same check-in and check-out dates.

Should you find a lower rate, on another website that is lower than the lowest rate shown on lemontreehotels.com at the same point in time, please inform Lemon Tree Hotels within 24 hours of booking your room by emailing lowestrate@lemontreehotels.com

1. This guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:
• Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates
• Discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously-specified criteria
• Package rates that include the room and/or other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals
• Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights
• Rates that are available on auction web sites
• Rates available on web sites, such as Priceline and Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed
• Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate (including electronic vouchers and certificates)
2. The 'comparison lower rate' must be found, and submitted, within 24 hours of booking your room by emailing lowestrate@lemontreehotels.com and must be for the same hotel, room type and reservation dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing the rates must apply.
3. Lemon Tree Hotels will verify the 'comparison lower rate' within 24 hours of receiving your claim and notify you of the results.
4. When multiple rates for the same hotel, reservation dates, and room type are available through a Lemon Tree Hotel channel, this guarantee is activated  only  if  the lowest available rate is booked.
5. The 'comparison lower rate' must be bookable by the general public and be verifiable by Lemon Tree Hotels.
6. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate. The 'comparison lower rate' must still be available at the time Lemon Tree validates the claim.
7. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.
8. When a 'comparison lower rate' covers multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately.
9. The lowest rate guarantee will be void where prohibited by law. Lemon Tree Hotels reserve the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.
10. The lowest rate guarantee is not applicable on any cashback offers floated by other travel websites.
