He has previously worked at Country Inns & Suites, Jaipur and The Ashok, New Delhi. Mohinder was earlier a preopening team member for Lemon Tree Hotel, East Delhi Mall, Kaushambi.

Rahul Sharma is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Jaipur. He has previously worked at ITC Maurya Sheraton Hotel, Marriott Welcom Hotel and Inter Continental Eros in New Delhi. Rahul was earlier the Deputy Hotel Manager for Lemon Tree Hotel, Udyog Vihar and the pre opening Deputy Hotel Manager for Lemon Tree Hotel, Electronics City, Bengaluru.
