Shubhanshu Sharma is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Chennai. He has previously worked with Le Meridien, New Delhi and Welcom Hotel, New Delhi. Shubhanshu was earlier a pre-opening team member for Lemon Tree hotels in Gurgaon and East Delhi.

Saurabh Gahoi is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bhopal. He has previously worked with Taj Residency, Indore and KC Residency, Jammu. Saurabh was earlier a team member at Lemon Tree Hotel, Gurgaon and he has also been a part of the company's Learning & Development team.

Knotty, a honey blonde Indian dog, thrives in the Lemon Tree Hotel, Ahmedabad. The alcohol-free, mostly vegetarian environment of the city appears to suit his spiritual nature, demonstrated by his deep desire to meditate for prolonged periods, in absolute silence. Curious guests may however spot him vociferously loitering just outside the coffee shop kitchen at lunch time only (1 pm to 2pm, daily).
