Vaibhav was earlier a pre-opening team member for Lemon Tree Hotel, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. Vaibhav has earlier been the Hotel General Manager of Lemon Tree Hotel, Udyog Vihar, Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore and Lemon Tree Hotel, Chennai.
