Saurabh Gahoi is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bhopal. He has previously worked with Taj Residency, Indore and KC Residency, Jammu. Saurabh was earlier a team member at Lemon Tree Hotel, Gurgaon and he has also been a part of the company's Learning & Development team.

Kamal Kumar is a Hotel Management graduate from Nagpur University. he has previously worked with Hotel Sahar Star, Mumbai, Hilton Towers, Mumbai and Park Hyatt, Goa. Kamal has earlier worked with the pre-opening team at Lemon Tree Hotel, Chennai and Lemon Tree Hotel, Aurangabad.

Knotty, a honey blonde Indian dog, thrives at the Lemon Tree Hotel, Ahmedabad. The alcohol-free, mostly vegetarian environment of the city appears to suit his spiritual nature, demonstrated by his deep desire to meditate for prolonged periods, in absolute silence. Curious guests may however spot him vociferously loitering just outside the coffee shop kitchen at lunch time only (1 pm to 2 pm, daily).
